Vanessa Loring: Your parents are probably wondering where you are.


Juno MacGuff: Nah... I mean, I'm already pregnant, so what other kind of shenanigans could I get into?

凡妮莎：妳爸媽大概在擔心妳跑哪兒去了。

Juno: Wait... No! I mean, can't we just, like, kick this old school? Like, I have the baby, put it in a basket and send it your way, like, Moses and the reeds?


Mark: Technically, that would be kicking it Old Testament.


Gerta: ...So, we all agree that a closed adoption is the best decision for all involved?

凡妮莎：那麼...我們要如何進行？


裘諾：什麼意思？我不就是肚子裡有個東西，我把它擠出來交給你們就行了？


葛塔：馬可跟凡妮莎願意接受開放領養的可能性...


麥克：什麼意思？


裘諾：等等...我不要！我是說我們難道不可以就遵照古法？像說我有了孩子，把它放進籃子裡，往你們這邊送。像摩西跟蘆葦那樣。


馬可：技術上來說，那算是遵照舊約聖經了。


葛塔：那麼，是否我們都同意封閉式領養對大家最好？
